Everything has a story to tell, and this series does just that. Through simple narration and some amazingly detailed illustrations, the key events are revealed bit by bit, from the very beginning all the way up to the present day. Whiz through moments, days, years, sometimes even centuries from spread to spread.
There are also many things to look out for in the busy illustrations—a character, animal or object, who reappears in every scene, and who is sometimes very hard to find!
At the end of each book there are two information spreads: one provides a general historical or scientific background, the other an extended illustrated glossary that helps to explain some unusual terms.
